By accessing or using Cuplix ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cuplix is an AI-powered relationship support platform designed to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their emotional connection. The Service includes:

• AI-powered conversation and mediation tools
• Private couple spaces for sharing and journaling
• Relationship insights and analytics
• Educational content and exercises

3. Eligibility

To use Cuplix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Cuplix ("User Content"). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our AI models
• Create backups for data protection purposes

We do not claim ownership of your personal conversations, journals, or relationship data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service to plan or commit harmful acts
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without permission

7. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

Cuplix offers a free tier with limited features. No payment is required, but some functionality may be restricted.

Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the frequency you selected
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Cuplix name, logo, and all related graphics, designs, and content are owned by Cuplix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cuplix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cuplix from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that harms other users or the Service. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service ends immediately
• We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
